When you contact us or request a booking through our contact form, we collect the following basic details to help coordinate your session:

• Session Details: Your preferred date, timing preferences, and chosen session type (e.g. UW graduation, senior portraits, couples, family).
• Custom Notes: Any details, location ideas, outfit thoughts, or social media links you voluntarily share in your inquiry message.
• Usage & Technical Information: General website interaction data (such as pages viewed, referring links, and device type) to help us improve site experience and respond to your inquiry.

We strictly use the collected details to provide you with an exceptional, personalized photography experience. Specifically, your data is used to:

• Respond to your initial booking inquiries and coordinate dates.
• Draft your photography session agreement contract.
• Process transaction records for retainers and final balances (via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo with an additional 2% fee).
• Deliver sneak peeks within 24 hours after your session and your private photo gallery link.
• Promote our artistic work (only in accordance with the Model Release terms outlined in your signed photography agreement).

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We believe in absolute data transparency. To keep our services secure and efficient, we partner with the following trusted third-party platforms:

• Cloudflare: Our website is securely hosted and delivered using Cloudflare edge infrastructure.
• Resend: Your form submissions are routed and securely dispatched as emails to us using the Resend API.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, non-personally identifiable site traffic and visitor trends.
• Google Photos: Your final high-resolution images are delivered via a private shared Google Photos album link sent directly to your email.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

5. Photo Storage & Deletion Policy

Because cloud storage space is limited, photo hosting is temporary and not permanent. Delivered Google Photos album links remain active for 30 days after delivery, after which photos may be unshared or deleted to free up storage. We strongly advise clients to download and back up all high-resolution images to their personal devices or local storage immediately upon receiving the album link.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your private information. You can request to check, update, or permanently delete your contact details or archived galleries at any time by emailing us directly at andrew@portraitzyo.us.
