• Draft your photography session agreement contract.
• Process Zelle or Cash transaction invoices for retainers and final balances.
• Deliver same-day sneak peeks and your secure private online photo gallery.
• Promote our artistic work (only in accordance with the Model Release terms outlined in your signed photography agreement).

We believe in absolute data transparency. To keep our services secure and efficient, we partner with the following trusted third-party platforms:

• Cloudflare: Our website is securely hosted and executed using Cloudflare Pages.
• Resend: Your form submissions are routed and securely dispatched as emails to us using the Resend API.
• Secure Gallery Hosting: Your final high-resolution images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

5. Data Retention & Gallery Expiration

To respect active storage limits and protect your private files, delivered online photo galleries are kept active for exactly 1 month (30 days) after delivery, after which the images are archived and may be purged. We highly encourage downloading and backing up your high-resolution images to a secure personal device immediately upon receipt.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your private information. You can request to check, update, or permanently delete your contact details or archived galleries at any time by emailing us directly at andrew@portraitzyo.us.
